  1. Cooperative learning as viewed by Kagan(1990) and Johnson,Johnson & Houbec(1986) suggest that cooperative learning is the process of actively involving students in the learning process. Well,here young freshmen find it the opposite of what they did in high school-where competition and individualism was the rule. They eventually accept it. Groups have their share of problems,some members can be domineering and others may be less active or feel offended by the overzealous members.

    We are individuals and have our learning styles,where by a prefer my lone sojourns. Others prefer to study in a noisy environment ie with music/tv.Others that would be an anthema.Nonetheless cooperative learning can construct and expand knowledge ie the MOOC
